Julie Hatchard Self Directed Healing Practitioner – Point Cook
Julie is a Self-Directed Healing Practitioner who has a background in Holistic Counselling, Kinesiology, Jungian Spiritual Psychology Coaching, and Shamanic Energy Medicine.
Having been a mother, natural therapist and student for over 3 decades, her strengths lie in understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences and traumas, and the impact they have on influencing our lives including our mental, emotional and physical health..
During her studies Julie once heard a teacher say “we are not broken and we do not need fixing”. This statement set Julie on a trajectory of self-discovery. She understood the importance of facing her childhood traumas and fears, but after years of failed therapies and disappointment she had started to believe that she had to accept her fate and learn to live with the way she felt.
Julie understands what it feels like to grow up feeling disconnected, hating who you are, feeling lost, alone, abandoned and ashamed, and all that comes with that – Depression, Anxiety, Weight and Hormonal issues, Dis-ease and being diagnosed with many illnesses. But now she also knows the beauty that lies beyond the pain if you are willing to look beneath the surface.
During her journey of self-discovery in 2017 she went on a trip tp Japan, where she spent some time in the mountains with the Shingon Esoteric Monks. Through their teachings she learnt we are born whole, but at all times in different stages of expansion and contraction.
After decades of searching for the quick fix or the right healing modality, and having studied dozens of modalities herself, Julie finally came across a modality that made sense, Self Directed Healing showed Julie that there is a positive way to move through emotional pain and trauma to achieve long term permanent change. Self Directed healing is a modality that changed her life in the most profound ways. It gave her back her life and hope for a future free from the emotional impact of painful childhood traumas.
Julie has a life time of learnings and experience to share, and now with Self Directed Healing as a powerful transformational tool is able to offer a way for each individual to reach their full potential to live a life that you love.
